We aim to de-stigmatize pleasure, sexual wellness and reproductive health because we believe it should be 100% accessible to everyone. Our mission is to empower individuals to explore and embrace their sexuality in a safe and healthy way. We are committed to creating a compassionate and welcoming community that celebrates diversity and encourages sexual well-being for all. We are incredibly excited to announce the news of collaboration with the Northern Women’s Centre, a non-profit organization committed to supporting, educating, and advocating for the diverse needs of women in Northern British Columbia!
The Northern Women’s Centre, is a vital non-profit, dedicated to providing a 24-hour safe space for women conveniently located on the University of Northern British Columbia’s Prince George campus. They are a trusted and supportive organization where the encouragement women receive enables them to move forward to a greater degree of self-worth and self-esteem and we couldn’t align more with these values. They also have an incredible selection of books on gender, sex, sexuality, and relationships that are available to borrow for free! They are dedicated to providing a 24-hour safe space for women and furthering gender equality.
We chose to partner with them based on their deep commitment to supporting the wellbeing and empowerment of women in Northern BC and the alignment of their values with our mission of creating a shame-free and inclusive space for exploring wellbeing. This partnership and collaboration will allow us to offer a more safe, comfortable, and discreet location for order pick-up at the Northern Women’s Centre on the University of Northern British Columbia’s Prince George campus, further enabling a shame-free and pleasure-positive experience and making products more accessible to the community.
How it Works:
Step 1: Place an order through our online shop www.alchemyfoall.ca and simply choose ‘NWC pick up location’ at check out.
Step 2: Receive your confirmation email once the order is paid, and an additional email confirming your pick up date and time at the Northern Women’s Centre, UNBC campus.
Step 3: Have your order number handy either on your phone through email confirmation or printed out.
Step 4: Find the Northern Women’s Centre office located in UNBC and notify a staff or volunteer in the office that you are there to pick up your order.
Step 5: Staff will assist you with picking up the order. They are always packaged discreet, in plain paper bags.
The Northern Women’s Centre is open 24 hours/ 7 days a week. Pick ups will be available every Friday between 11am – 4:30pm. This is to ensure staff is available to assist you with grabbing your order. If you require pick up outside of these hours, please send us an email hello@alchemyforall.ca and we can support your needs and accomodate an alternative pick up date/time.
We are thrilled that this collaboration aligns with our shared values of support, education, and community wellbeing for women in Northern British Columbia. Alchemy is dedicated to providing shame-free, pro-pleasure access for everyone, and this partnership with the Northern Women’s Centre embodies this commitment in the Prince George community.
